Production Executive
Role Include:Support the VFX Producer and Supervisor
• Support to the VFX Producer(s),VFX Supervisor(s),departmental supervisors and leads.
Role includes planning facility resources with the visual effects producer and supervisor.
• Prepare bids for commercials and feature film by breaking down storyboards, manage all aspects of post-production work-flow from per-visualization to final delivery,reconcile artistic talent with financial constraint by means of planning and revising schedules in order to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure the visual effects team understand the goals and deadlines for sequences
• Project management – experience with MS Project & Shotgun, Office: Word & Excel
• Experienced in database work
• Manage artists and clients
• Organised and methodical approach to the work
• Clear in planning with artists, supervisors and clients
• Capable of motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm
• Calm and personable under pressure and when working to tight deadlines
•Manage assets from CGI to VFX.
•Schedule, assign and track artists' work: manage internal shot goals, status and delivery
dates using Shotgun
•Arrange and attend dailies and production meetings to record accurate and detailed notes into Shotgun
•Coordinate internal communication among team members
•Act as point of contact for client relationships.
•Ad hoc tasks, such as script translation and catering for the crew.
Supervising editing during post-production
• Maintaining and updating project timelines, production calendars, schedules, meetings and status reports
